Экономическая безопасность является одним из ключевых факторов успешного функционирования организаций в современном мире. В условиях глобализации и постоянно меняющейся экономической обстановки внешние и внутренние угрозы могут нанести серьезный ущерб бизнесу, поэтому обеспечение экономической безопасности становится одной из главных стратегических задач для каждой организации.
Национальная экономика Российской Федерации также подвержена различным угрозам экономического, социального и политического характера, которые могут негативно сказаться на отдельных организациях. В этом контексте разработка индивидуальной системы обеспечения экономической безопасности выступает важным направлением для эффективного функционирования организаций.
При разработке системы обеспечения экономической безопасности важно иметь в виду особенности и специфику деятельности организации. Это позволит выявить слабые места и риски, а также разработать наиболее подходящие и индивидуальные меры по их предупреждению.
Оценка экономической безопасности производственного предприятия может быть проведена по показателям, источники информации для расчета которых легко доступны. Это показатели эффективности производства: рентабельность производства, производительность труда, текучесть кадров, общая экономическая рентабельность, коэффициент экономического роста, соотношение темпов роста производительности труда и темпов роста заработной платы.
Поддержание экономической безопасности предприятия требует постоянного мониторинга факторов ее формирования и факторов риска деятельности. Необходимость оперативного реагирования руководства на ухудшение финансово-экономического положения предприятия очевидна, с целью чего проведение оценки уровня экономической безопасности предприятия на определенную дату и анализ его динамики будет обоснованием разрабатываемых и принимаемых соответствующих управленческих решений.
Актуальность темы исследования. Для финансового роста каждой организации важно качественное обеспечение ее экономической безопасности. Правильно намеченная стратегия обеспечения экономической безопасности позволяет организации быстро обнаружить, минимизировать и устранить потенциальные риски, а также эффективно использовать свои ресурсы в деятельности. Это позволяет достичь финансовых целей и увеличить прибыль. Именно поэтому разработка системы обеспечения экономической безопасности организации является весьма актуальной и важной задачей, которая может помочь организациям справиться с экономическими рисками, усилить их конкурентные преимущества на рынке и способствовать дальнейшей успешной деятельности.

1.1 Сущность концепции экономической безопасности предприятия

Анализ различных источников показал, что среди ученых и практиков нет единства во взглядах по поводу содержания понятия экономической безопасности. Различное понимание данного явления, несомненно, сказывается и на методах и критериях оценки, и на механизмах обеспечения защищенности финансово-хозяйственной деятельности организации от неблагоприятного воздействия различных изменений (факторов).
В самом общем виде безопасность – это положение, при котором не угрожает опасность.
При рассмотрении понятия экономической безопасности разные авторы выделяют три основных подхода:
? ресурсно-функциональный;
? на основе угроз и опасностей;
? комбинированный.
Представители первого подхода (Н.В. Матвеев, А.А. Беспалько, Лотова Е.В., Е.А. Олейников и др.) определяют экономическую безопасность, используя управленческие или экономические понятия: функционирование, эффективность, сбалансированность, равновесие, достижение цели, развитие.
Сторонники второго подхода (О.В. Климочкин, А.М. Арипшев, Бендиков, В.К. Сенчагов, А.В. Ломовцева, Т.В. Трофимова и др.) используют понятие угрозы и защищенности от неё. Кроме того, встречаются определения, которые объединяют или смешивают оба подхода (таблица 1).
Факторы экономической безопасности организации - это комплекс окружающих условий, воздействующих на параметры безопасности. Данные факторы подразделяют на внутренние и внешние (рисунок 1).
